Shoulder bag folded out of a rectangular piece of leather and attached with removable hardware. Each leather piece is screen-printed in our studio or debossed with a neighborhood map. Approximate size: 12″x 8.5″ with adjustable shoulder leather strap. The natural leather is stiffer and has more structure. The black leather is a softer and thinner calf hide.

BOULEVARD
Shoulder bag composed of two layers leather over felt. A single rectangular piece of leather gently folds over the interior layer made of 100% wool felt. The exterior layer is screen-printed in our studio or debossed with a neighborhood map. The interior is screen printed with an original wallpaper pattern.
The strap is adjustable and removable.

FARMERS MARKET
Simple design for a versatile large size bag. Made of one single piece of leather or felt and attached with removable hardware, Farmers market is available in screen printed or debased 100%wool felt or leather. Order your with or without the adjustable strap.

BLOCK
These bags are made specifically for laptops, but can also be used to carry books or other documents. We use heavy-duty, separating YKK zippers to allow the folio to unfold flat into the neighborhood map. An optional, added loop at the front allows the folio to be carried without a strap. Protective padding is 100% wool felt. All folios come with brass hoops for attaching a strap, and with an adjustable strap that matches the color of the leather. Folios are made to order, therefore, some information needs to be clarified in an email following your order:
1. size laptop or other object you want to fit in the folio
2. whether or not you want a front loop for strapless carrying

Map-a-porter is Claret-Cup’s brainchild, a collection of “wearables” that feature neighborhood and thematic maps either screen-printed in brilliant colors on leather and felt, or de-bossed on leather. We conceive, design and screen print our own maps, as well as the patterns on the interior linings of some objects in the collection. As we are interested in featuring the city, individual items in the collection are named after parts of the urban landscape.
We are also interested in adding new maps to our collection and we can create custom maps for clients that request them. Mostly we are interested in developing a new thematic map with the feedback of the client. Both Boja and I have studied fashion at some point before becoming architects and find that architecture and fashion are both expression and precursors of culture.
